New England Dinner



In keeping to my promise to cook one family meal a month from back in the day, my mom's New England Dinner in a dutch oven.

New England Dinner

Start with a Ham in the center and then add veggies around the meat.
I added potatoes, cabbage, and carrots.
Pour in a small glass of water to keep it moist.
Season to your own taste with sea salt and pepper.
Bake at 375* for 1-1/2 hours.
May need more time depending on the size of the ham.
