Saturday I was one of 15 featured artists at the 1st Annual Art Walk in Holden, MO. Each artist set up in one of the stores on Main street. I was at the package store with my wood carvings. People went from shop to shop to see artists at work. They also had a wine tasting at my store so we were very busy. I sold two reindeer and had a bite on my Blue Jay. A guy visiting from the UK wanted to buy it for his lady friend but she did not want him to spend $200.00 on her. Anyway, he took my card and said he may call me later. I'm sitting by the phone!

ReplyDeleteYES you did Peg!! I was at the casino trying to make enough money to outbid that British guy. Bad news though. I won't even be able to afford that tiny chickadee. But, don't you worry Sue, I'll keep trying to hit it big!!!
