Flower aranging is not my thing! It's a long story, but I had to come up with a flower design for the flower show on Saturday. The theme was a lighted fall fanasty flower design.I will also be joining the garden club so Diane can get out of the VP spot she was railroaded into.
I made a deal with Helen, a long time member (since 1953), to take the VP spot in place of Diane (Helen not me). She reminds me of my late grandma Peggy and I found it very hard to say no. Just shoot me!!!!!!
This is not what I wanted to do, but Helen said that this is what the judges are looking for. YUK!

I like the design. I can't believe you joined the garden club. You told me, "No way will I be joining that club." LOL
ReplyDeleteAnyone can get you to do anything.
Have fun.
Where's the flowers?
ReplyDeleteHa! Ha!
ReplyDeleteThe flowers are the balls on a stick that I spray painted in different colors.
ReplyDeleteFor those of you who got a comment in before I did, just know that it was because I'm just coming to from my faint. The GARDEN CLUB?? Sue Kraus is now a member of the MO garden club?? What could she possibly join next? Let's see what her friends and family have to say. I'll take a bet that she going to take fiddle lessons. What do you think???

ReplyDeleteI guess I'm just a Country Girl now Susan. Maybe I should join the Quilt club next? Ha ha
ReplyDeleteNow that would not surprise me. BUT, if you begin training to compete in Lumberjack Day events.... THAT would be a very different story :)
