Looks like some nice zucchini and peppers are on the dinner menu this week.
Morgan is inspecting the bucket of tomatoes to see if they pass inspection to go into Sue's garden fresh, sassy summer salsa.Now Shadow, the neighbors dog, he has become a problem. This past week he has taken to pulling off the red tomatoes in his mouth leaving teeth marks in the skin. He must think they are balls. Today he pulled one off of the vine and put it down next to me so I would throw it for him.
This dog is ball happy!
I was just about ready to make myself a salad for dinner. All I have is a bit of iceberg lettuce, a scallion and some red pepper, all store bought. How about an overnight fedex care package?
