Crafty Quilter.

Diane and Tom painted this quilt square on the side of one of their barns. Many barns across the country are doing this with 8' x 8' squares painted with a quilt pattern then attached to the side of the barn. Tom thought it would look better painted directly on the barn door itself.

The pattern is called churn dash I believe.

Fun with branding.

As some of you may know, I got a new job. It gets me out of the house 20 hours a week and I get to be creative again. My title is Brand Print Mgr. for the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center.
Today I went around town and added our Warrensburg brand to Old Drum, Blind Boone, and yes, Missy Morgan.
My job is to get the local community and businesses to use the brand as much as possible. I thought I would have some fun and challenge them to a contest in June to see what they can come up with as well.
