Men at work, again!

Tom installing the hardware on the wall to hang the T-Shirt quilt that Diane made us. Travis laid a 12' board over the stairway to a ladder so Tom could reach the top of the wall.

The quilt is so big it hangs almost to the steps. It looks really good and makes the room feel warmer.

  1. I'm starting to wonder how you're getting Tom and Travis to be at your beck and call... Farmers are very busy (of all people, Sue should know that) taking care of their livestock, crops, fences, equipment, barns, tools, deliveries, feed, orders... Need I go on? So really, how do you do it?

  2. Oh, wait a minute. At least for this job, Diane made them do it! As for the quilt, it's perfect.

  3. I just zoomed in. Is that baby Morgan in the center?

  4. Yes, that is Morgan at 5 month's old.
And yes, Diane was here making sure her Blue ribbon winner was hung just right.

  5. I had two guys working on my wood furnace tonight. Of course, I had to pay them in cash. Said that they don't accept soup, stew, sweets, beer or anything else you can eat or drink. Maybe they would reconsider if I offered them real food instead of what comes out of a can or the microwave. Where's Martha when I need her?
