Meal of the month.



BEEF BURUNDY
Denise Friel Beck

1-1/2 lb. stew beef cut into 1 inch pieces
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 package onion soup mix
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup burgundy wine
Mix all ingredients in a covered casserole. Bake at 300* for 3 hours.
Serve over noodles or rice.
It is baking in the oven as I write. ENJOY!

  2. Thanks for covering for me Peg! I just got home from a weekend away to find a new entry to the Blog. Since I don't eat red meat, I'll pass on this recipe. Unless, I substitute pieces of chicken or turkey for the stew beef. But, if I do that, someone is sure to say "where's the beef?".
